WOODLAND – James Arthur Bell, 60, of Woodland died Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at Rich Square Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Rich Square. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at the Chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home, Rich Square, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at Jerusalem Memorial Garden Cemetery, Woodland.
