ELIZABETH CITY – Keith Ballard, 43, of Elizabeth City, formerly of Gates, died Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, Norfolk, VA. Funeral services were held on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at Upper Room Assembly, Gatesville. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Gates, handled the arrangements.
