POWELLSVILLE – William Quinton “Billy” Liverman, III, age 51, of Bethlehem Church Road, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at the Vidant Roanoke Chowan Hospital of Ahoskie, NC.

Billy was born on May 2, 1969 to William Quinton Liverman, Jr. and Martha Eaton Liverman in Ahoskie, NC. Billy worked as the maintenance supervisor for NCDOT. He was a loving devoted husband and father to his family. He was a dedicated member of Powellsville United Methodist Church. Billy was a true Christian man that loved to show others about God through his life. He enjoyed his motorcycle, painting, drawing, and doing things with his children such as the fun trips to Busco. He was a true friend to many and will be deeply missed.

Along with his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his twin sons, Andrew & Ben Liverman.

Left to cherish Billy’s memory is his wife, Tina; a son, David Liverman; a daughter, Alyssa Liverman, all of the home; a sister, Sylvia Lamm and husband Wayne of Rocky Mount; four nieces, Sarah Lamm, Christina Saunders, Aleini Saunders, and Micah Saunders; and a special aunt, Ann Mizelle of Ahoskie; along with numerous extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, January 13, 2021, from 5-6:30 p.m. at Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service, Ahoskie, NC, and other times at the home.

Due to the restrictions and precautions associated with the COVID-19 pandemic the family ask that everyone wear face coverings and follow social distancing procedures. We will also be conducting a temperature check for those attending the visitation.

A celebration of life graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2021, at 2 p.m. at the Highland Memorial Gardens, Ahoskie, NC, with Rev. Walter Johnson officiating.
