WASHINGTON, DC – Allen James, 75, of Washington, DC, formerly of Portsmouth, VA, died Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Washington, DC. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Monday, November 2, 2020 at Pleasant Plains Baptist Church, Ahoskie. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
