NORFOLK, VA – Dwan Jamal Winborne, 39, of Norfolk, VA, formerly of Hertford County, died Monday, October 12, 2020. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at Revelle Hill Baptist Church, Conway. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
