NEWPORT NEWS, VA – Luberta Watson Outlaw, 82, of Newport News, VA, formerly of Bertie County, died Monday, July 20, 2020 at Coliseum Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center, Hampton, VA. A graveside service was held on Friday, July 24, 2020 at Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor handled the arrangements.
