WINDSOR – Norman Oscar Williams, 88, of US Highway 17 North, Windsor, died Saturday, April 25, 2020 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at New Beginning Christian Center, Windsor. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
