WINTON – Samuel T. Ashe, 82, of Winton died Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Vidant Roanoke Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at First Baptist Church, Winton. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
