ELIZABETH CITY – Leon Casterlow, 57, of Elizabeth City, formerly of Northampton County, died Sunday, March 8, 2020 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, Norfolk. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Emmanuel Full Gospel Church, Windsor. Burial will follow at Jerusalem Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Woodland. Wilder’s Chapel, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
