WINDSOR – Jessie Parker, Jr., 85, of Windsor died Monday, November 11, 2019 at Roanoke Landing Nursing Home, Plymouth. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at Church of God for All People, Windsor. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
