WINDSOR – James Roosevelt Sutton, 80, of Windsor died Friday, October 25, 2019 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in Sutton Family Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
