AHOSKIE – Kenneth Ray Fennell Sr., 59, of Ahoskie died Thursday, September 26, 2019 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Menola Baptist Church, Woodland. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Cemetery, Ahoskie. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
