FOUR OAKS – Emma Jean Bond Outlaw, 76, of Four Oaks, formerly of Windsor, died Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at UNC Hospital, Chapel Hill. Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at Wilder’s Chapel, Windsor, who handled the arrangements. Burial followed in the Outlaw Family Cemetery, Windsor.
