CONWAY – Elaine Boone Deloatch, 72, of Conway, died Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Vidant Inpatient Hospice, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, August 12, 2019 at St. John AME Church, Conway. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
