SILVER SPRING, MD – Melvin Deloatch, 72, of Silver Spring, MD, a native of Northampton County, died Thursday, July 25, 2019 at Shady Grove Medical Center, Rocksville, MD. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 in the chapel of Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in the Menola Baptist Church cemetery.
