WINDSOR – James Linwood Outlaw, 92, of Windsor, died July 23, 2019 at his residence. Funeral services were held on Monday, July 29, 2019 at Sandy Point Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
