GATES – Evelyn Webb Boone Willey, 88, of Willeyton Road, Gates, died Friday, July 26, 2019 in Riverside Regional Medical Center, Newport News, VA. Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 30, 2019 in Gatesville Baptist Church. A private burial followed in the Gatesville Cemetery. Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, handled the arrangements.
