RALEIGH – Norman Jacob Tann, 62, of Raleigh, a native of Hertford County, died Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Transitions Life Care, Cary. Funeral services were held on Monday, July 8, 2019 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, handled the arrangements.
