WINDSOR – Louis Albert Speller, 75, of North King Street, Windsor, died Friday, July 5, 2019 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Windsor Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
