AHOSKIE, NC – Agnes Hayes Green, 88, of Ahoskie, NC departed this life on Friday, June 21, 2019 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

She was born on December 18, 1930 to the late Floyd Hayes and Minnie Graves Hayes in Greensboro, NC. She was a member of New Ahoskie Baptist Church and Delta Sigma Theta Chapter of Ahoskie. She retired from the Public School System as a Counselor.

Agnes leaves to cherish her memories: (1) daughter, Reba Green Holley (Guy) of Gatesville, NC; (3) sisters, Sadie Wrichie of Chesterfield, VA, Ophelia Wilson of Washington, DC and Bernice Eaton of Davenport, IA; (4) grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at New Ahoskie Baptist Church.
