ROXOBEL – Hubert Eugene Parker, 85, of Roxobel died Friday, June 21, 2019 at the Rich Square Villa, Rich Square. A graveside service was held on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at the Ahoskie Cemetery. Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service – Ahoskie Chapel – handled the arrangements.
