WINDSOR – Fannie Mae Wiggins, 89, of Windsor, died Monday, June 17, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at St. Luke Healing Temple, Lewiston. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Reynolds Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
