WINDSOR – Carswell Spivey Jr., 76, of Ghent Street, Windsor, died Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Vidant Edgecombe Hospital, Tarboro. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Church of God for All People, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Windsor Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
