WINDSOR – Walter B. Joyner, 95, of Windsor, died Thursday, March 28, 2019 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Indian Woods Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
