WINDSOR – Gladyce Ruffin Johnson, 93, of Governors Road, Windsor, died Sunday, March 31, 2019 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2019 at Cashie Convention Center, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
