WINDSOR – Gwendolyn Lois Walker Welch, 65, of Windsor died Friday, March 15, 2019 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Refreshing Center Church of God in Christ, Windsor. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
