WINDSOR – Clara Louis Speller, 103, of Windsor died Thursday, March 14, 2019 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Indian Woods Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
