ROANOKE RAPIDS – Clara Bernice Vinson, 61, of Winterberry Lane, Roanoke Rapids, died Thursday, March 14, 2019 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2019 in the Rich Square Chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in the Menola Baptist Church Cemetery, Woodland.
