CONWAY, NC – Margaret Ann Skeeter Vann, 86, of Deloatch Mill Road, Conway, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2019 in Signature Healthcare of Roanoke Rapids.

Mrs. Vann was born in Isle of Wight County, VA on April 30, 1932, and was the daughter of the late William Thomas and Blanche Carr Skeeter. A retired nursing assistant, she was a member of Ashley’s Grove Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Royce Vann, Sr.; two sons, Norman Royce Vann, Jr. and William “Billy” Perry; and by a brother, Thomas Skeeter.

Surviving are her son, Mark Vann and wife, Kelly, of Gaston; and three granddaughters, Brianna, Sara, and Piper.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, February 26 at 2:00 p.m. in the Ashley’s Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Conway, and will be conducted by her pastor, the Rev. David Ross. Friends may join the family in the church fellowship hall immediately following the service on Tuesday.
