WINDSOR – Cleo Bridgett Ryan, 81, of Blount Street, Windsor, died Friday, February 8, 2019 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at New Bethlehem Apostolic Church, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
