WINDSOR – Fruzie Hoggard, 103, of South Granville Street, Windsor, died Saturday, February 2, 2019 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 10, 2019 in Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
