WINDSOR – Delores Carolyn Green Busby, 70, of Windsor, died Sunday, December 30, 2018 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, January 7, 2019 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the Small Family Cemetery, Windsor.
