WINDSOR – Thomas Jefferson Speller, 91 of Cedar Landing Road, Windsor, died Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
