WINDSOR – Rosa Elizabeth Mulder Swain, 77 of Vincent Drive, Windsor, a native of Northampton County, died Wednesday, November 21, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at Lawrence Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Woodland Town Cemetery Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
