WINDSOR – Robert Russell Leggett, 57 of Sterlingworth Street, Windsor, a veteran of the National Guard, died Monday, November 5, 2018 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday November 8, 2018 at Askewville Assembly of God. Burial with military honors will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
