WINDSOR – Carlminta Rhoulac Bond, 70 of US 13/17 South, Windsor, died Monday, October 15, 2018 at Three Rivers Health and Rehab Center, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Sandy Point Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the St. Matthew Baptist Church Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
