SUNBURY – Charlie O. Elliott, 80, of Sunbury died Thursday October 4, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Friday October 12, 2018 at Greater Welch’s Chapel, Tyner.  Community of Hope Funeral Service, Hobbsville, is handling the arrangements.
