Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 in the Chapel of Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday October 3, 2018 at Black Creek Cemetery, Franklin, VA.
