WILLIAMSTON – William Joseph Howard, 68, died Sunday, September 16, 2018 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Barnabas Baptist Church, Williamston. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Williamston.
