WINDSOR – Joseph Craig, 92, of Outlaw Farm Road, Windsor, died August 29, 2018 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 9 at Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor, who is handling the arrangements.
