WINDSOR – Elsie Mae Speller Morris, 73, of Cedar Landing Road, Windsor, died Saturday, September 1, 2018 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
