WINDSOR – Robert Houston Hoggard, 92, of Old US 17 North, Windsor, died Sunday, September 2, 2018 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 in the chapel of Walker Funeral Home, Windsor who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.
