SEABOARD – Bettie Mae Ophelia Artis Deloatch, 82, of Seaboard died Saturday, August 18, 2018 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at Parker’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Jackson. Burial will be in the church cemetery. T. L.
