POWELLSVILLE – Agnes Eleanor Saulsbury Wiggins, 91, of Powellsville died Sunday, August 12, 2018 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Roundtree Temple Church of God in Christ, Powellsville. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
