WINDSOR – Joshua Craig Hoggard, age 9, of Windsor died Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters, Norfolk, VA. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at Askewville Assembly of God. Burial will follow at the Ross Baptist Church Cemetery. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
