BROOKLYN, NY – Clara Outlaw Cherry, 87, of Brooklyn, NY, formerly of Windsor, died July 25, 2018 at New York Methodist Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Church of God for All People, Windsor. Burial will be in the Outlaw Family Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
