ROANOKE RAPIDS – Joseph Collis Phillips, 44, of Roanoke Rapids, a native of Rich Square, died Sunday, July 29, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Saturday, August 4, 2018 at First Baptist Church, Rich Square. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. T. L.
