AHOSKIE – Bertha Beatrice Freeman, 88, of Ahoskie, a native of Bertie County, died Sunday, July 29, 2018 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Piney Wood Chapel Baptist Church. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
