WINDSOR – Ellen Piccola Rascoe Nabors, 88, of Windsor died July 23,2018 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services were held Sunday, July 29, 2018 at Pleasant Oak Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
