WINDSOR – Tony Ralph Whitaker, 56, of Cooper Hill Road, Windsor, died Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Vidant Impatient Hospice, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday July 28, 2018 in the Chapel of Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements.
